State of Idaho Sparkler Laws:

As of right now Idaho allows the use of sparklers, ground spinners, fountains, snakes and smoke devices. You will not have an issue with using sparklers for weddings in Idaho. All other aerial fireworks are currently prohibited. Typically, the most popular sparklers selling periods are during 4th of July and New Years. You must be at least 16 years old to purchase any type of prohibited sparkler. We also offer sparklers in bulk if you are looking to order a large quantity of sparklers. Make sure to go over sparkler safety especially when using with children.
