However, the state of Mississippi prohibit cherry bombs, tubular salutes, repeating bombs, aerial bombs, and torpedoes. They only allow a selling period from June 15-July 5 and December 5-January 2, so just on holiday weeks. The age to purchase sparklers is 18 years old.
