State of New Mexico Sparkler Laws:​

  New Mexico allows sparklers and all consumer fireworks approved by the CPSC. New Mexico may not allow the sale of fireworks and sparklers during extreme droughts. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase sparklers for weddings and events. Heart shaped sparklers are also approved in New Mexico.
