State of Indiana Sparkler Laws:

  As previously stated, all consumer sparklers are legal to use in Indiana. All consumer wedding sparklers must comply with the U.S. CPSC with proper labeling and chemical composition. Both 36 inch sparklers and 20 inch sparklers are approved by the CPSC. Fireworks and Sparklers may only be used on property given consent by owner. Consumer fireworks do have a certain timezone they may only be used between 8am and 11 pm on non holiday. All aerial fireworks are not allowed unless approved by fire marshals. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase sparklers.
