My order went to the wrong address 6 houses up the street. Neighbor brought them to me 2 days later. It was not my full order. I ordered sparklers and a sparkler bucket. I did not receive the bucket. I had to deliver to wedding venue so I stopped and purchased something to use.
I have requested a refund through 4 emails and 2 calls leaving messages and have had no follow up.
I want a refund for the sparkler bucket. I have emailed photos of the shipment I received. You can see the box is too small to contain the sparkler bucket.
