State of Missouri Sparkler Laws:

  There a only a few items allowed in Missouri and those are consumer wedding sparklers in compliance with the regulations of the CPSC. As all of our sparklers for sale meet these qualifications. The state of Missouri does not allow ground salutes that exceed DOT limits. Typically you can only find consumer sparklers during the selling period of June 20-July 10 and December 20-January 2, but those may just be your ordinary holiday sparklers. There is no listed age, but typical law states you must be at least 16 years of age or accompanied by an adult.
