When it comes to planning our wedding exit, we have many choices. While wedding sparklers are a classic choice when it comes to a sendoff, we might find we want to plan an exit which is a little different. The great news is we always have a whole list of items at our disposal. No matter what kind of wedding a couple wants there is a way to create an experience that everyone will remember for years to come.
Fill The Air With Wedding Bubbles
There are several ways we might incorporate bubbles into a wedding exit. We could give guests cute color coordinated bottles of bubbles as their wedding favor and have everyone blow bubbles as the bride or groom leave the church or reception. We could also incorporate a bubble machine creating a room filled with bubbles for the couple to walk through. A bubble wedding exit are especially a great choice when a wedding is going to include kids who are going to want to be involved in the celebration. Just imagine the cheerful photos of the happy couple, we can take during the sendoff, as they are surrounded by iridescent bubbles
Party With Wedding Balloons
Balloons are always a good choice for any wedding celebration. We can choose from a wide selection of wedding balloons including choosing giant Mr. and Mrs. balloons or balloons that spell out the word Love. On the other hand, we might choose to release a large number of balloons in the wedding colors creating a big visual impact. We might even choose to have a balloon arch across the pathway that the couple can walk under as we take fun photos. Balloons are a classic item for any celebration including weddings.
Pop Champagne
There is something about champagne that automatically makes an event feel a bit fancier. Doing a champagne toast as the couple is leaving can be a fun choice. In other cases, a champagne fountain is the perfect way to add an extra level of elegance to any wedding exit. Champagne is sure to give the couple a nice glow in any pictures that we take. Note champagne is typically a good choice if the wedding does not include many young children.
Wave Those Pom-Poms
While we may not think about them at first, pom-poms are a fun addition to a wedding. It does not matter if we have several small pom-poms fall from the sky, a piñata filled with pom-poms that the couple breaks, or if each guest holds up and shakes large pom-poms like a cheerleader. In all these examples guests get to feel like they are involved in the celebration. Pom-poms can be incorporated into a wedding sendoff by having guests line up in two lines and have each guest hold pom-poms and shake them creating an arch or tunnel for the couple to run through.
Smoke Bombs
If we are looking to create a wedding that stands out from the crowd, we might choose to use a smoke bomb. Smoke bombs can be bought in the wedding colors to fill the air with brightly colored smoke. Smoke bombs linger long enough that we can be sure to get several wonderful pictures of the happy couple. Smoke bombs are a great way to create a unique wedding experience.
Shower The Sky With Confetti
When in doubt we can always use the tried-and-true confetti. As we know from parades and other events confetti is a great way to fill the air with a festive spirit. Guests of all ages will enjoy confetti raining down from the sky. Confetti can also be combined with other wedding send offs for example we can have a piñata filled with confetti that the couple breaks, or balloons filled with confetti. Confetti is also a great way to have a big impact without having to spend a ton of time or money.
When working to create the perfect wedding sendoff we are only limited by our imaginations. What will work for us depends on the theme and colors of the wedding as well as what guests are going to be there. Some of us will reach for 36 inch wedding sparklers while others of us will reach for bubbles, balloons, champagne, pom poms, smoke bombs, or even confetti. There is no right or wrong way to have a wedding send off if the couple is dazzled, and we can capture some memory filled photos as the couple is leaving the wedding. So, when we are planning our weddings we need to plan a wedding exit the couple will always remember.
